JANE KENNA
FOUNDER & OWNERJane founded Technical Searches, Inc. in 1986 after graduating from Emory University in Atlanta. Jane blends strategy, attention to detail, and intuition to bring a comprehensive and customized research approach to her clients.
Each research project is completed by Jane. She wields her 40+ years of experience in title research and document analysis to partner with local land surveying firms and governing entities on real estate and development projects. She has been a member of the Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia since 1986 and holds a DBE certification with GDOT and MARTA. With a background in real estate title and foreclosure research, accounting, tax preparations, and record maintenance, Jane brings an expert, detail-oriented eye to all of her work.
In her free time, Jane loves to cook, spend time in the garden, and spend time outside (preferably kayaking) with her family. Her love for detail-oriented work and serving others fuels her passion for creating thoughtful and thorough bodies of research to be used by land surveying firms and governing entities for years to come.
